No, items marketed on our website are sold as final sale. This means that like many other luxury resale platforms, all sales are final and LOUISE ROW cannot accept any returns, refunds or exchanges bought in this way.
Items are priced in accordance with their condition and great care is taken to check each item before it is shipped to the buyer. As such, please do read the product description and review all photographs of the item before proceeding to purchase. Please pay attention to the rating we give each piece ranging from Fair through Store Fresh—see detailed description of each classifcation below.
We guarantee the authenticity of any item bought with LOUISE ROW. As such we will offer a full refund for any item that is proven to not be authentic.

Yes. Please note we are only able to arrange local pick up in the Greater Vancouver area (British Columbia) with photo identification matching the credit card holder name in the order.
- LOUISE ROW is pleased to offer the option for complimentary Local Pick-Up at Rebecca Bree Boutique at 3680 West 4th Ave, Vancouver (BC).
- Pick up is offered 48 hours after your purchase is made, (with exceptions) with valid photo ID that matches the credit card information on file. No exceptions.
- Pick-Up is available Tuesday through Sunday, 11-6pm, with the exception of holidays.
- When your order is ready for pick-up, you will receive a notification email.

We rate our product into the following categories for clarity of condition:
- PRISTINE
Item still has some plastic seals (if applicable).
Very little signs of wear. - EXCELLENT
Item is unsealed.
Item has very little signs of wear. - VERY GOOD
Item shows some signs of wear such as light scratches and wear. - GOOD
Items show moderate signs of wear such as moderate scratches and wear. - FAIR
Item shows signs of heavy wear such as scratches, significant scratches.
We also write a description of the condition and highlight all flaws specific to the product. Please reach out for any additional product shots or questions if you have a concern.
At LOUISE ROW, we take the time to research your items. Many criteria are taken into consideration from original retail value, current market value, condition, demand, style, and more.
Route's Package Protection is a package protection solution that helps cover your order in the event that your LOUISE ROW order gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit. We know how frustrating it is to have something happen to your order, so we’ve partnered with Route to offer added assurance that you’re supported, no matter what.
Package Protection can be added during checkout. When you file a claim, it will be reviewed for approval by the Route team, for a refund within 24-48 hours.
If you insured your order with Route Package Protection at checkout, you will receive a confirmation email from Route with a link to file a claim. Filing a claim can be done very quickly through the Route Claims Portal.
You can file claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Note: Make sure to have the LOUISE ROW Order Number and/or the Route Order ID ready to use with the claim form.
Open your email from Route. In the email, copy your Route Order ID as you will need it to file the claim. File a claim with Route.
If your order does not have Route, LOUISE ROW is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items during shipping.
