Please email hello@louiserow.com with items you wish to consign; share any documentation you may have, proof of purchase, and photos of each item. Once this information has been shared with us, we will reach out to you within 2-5 business days or sooner to go over pricing and consigning options.
Please complete the Agreement Form and be sure to review and sign our terms and conditions for selling with us prior to consigning.
For Vancouver-based, including Fraser Valley consignment, local pick-up options are available. For items consigned outside this area, shipment details will be shared.
Yes, we work with our local Lower Mainland clients (Greater Vancouver, British Columbia) to offer jewelry closet evaluation options. If you are considering items for consignment and need help navigating what to sell in your jewelry box, contact us for details.
We take the time to research your items. Many criteria are taken into consideration from original retail value, current market value, condition, demand, style, and more.
- Consignments between $0 - $1,000 CAD: 50% Payout
- Consignments between $1,001 - $3,000 CAD: 60% Payout
- Consignments $3,001 and up: 70% Payout
Yes, in circumstances where we accept cash buyout payout is 30% of retail price. This is a non-refundable final sale transaction. Please contact us if you are interested in cash buyout options.
We ship within Canada and to the United States. For US shipments, all items are sent duties unpaid. Please visit our Shipping Policy page for more details.

LOUISE ROW resale offers a seamless process for each consignor. We research, conduct in-house and third-party authentication, and price the consigned pieces to meet the market demands.
Consignment is a process whereby a person gives permission to a business to take care of their property under a contract (LOUISE ROW's Sales Agreement) with terms agreed to until the item is sold to the final buyer. Consignment promotes sustainability in luxury jewelry and allows for a more affordable price to the buyer.
We accept fine, designer and luxury jewelry and watches. Fine jewelry, composed of precious gemstones and metals. Luxury jewelry from super brand name items as well as niche designers. Luxury brand name watches including vintage. We accept vintage luxury objects such as Dior, Gucci, Cartier lighters. We contact all consignors when an item has been online for 6 months and has not sold to consider listing options.
All items are priced in Canadian Dollars. However, you can switch the displayed currency if you prefer to shop in USD.
At this time, we only accept consignment items from Canadian residents.
We conduct both in-house authentication & work with specialists in the field for all of our pieces. We use our experience in the industry to track serial numbers and verify all products before listing. We take time to research each piece. The research during the authentication process also helps us determine the right price for your piece.
